I’m Rob Tirrell, a New York–based photographer and creative working across music, entertainment, cultural programming and editorial projects.
Photography is at the center of what I do, but a lot of my work has always happened around the photograph—bringing people together, producing experiences, building relationships between artists and audiences, and creating spaces where creative communities can connect.
My work spans portraiture, live music, motion picture stills, gallery programming and brand experiences. Along the way, I’ve photographed artists and personalities, worked on film sets and live productions, and helped bring everything from intimate artist conversations to gallery openings, photo walks and large-scale cultural events to life.
Whether I’m behind a camera, developing an event, collaborating with an artist or building something from scratch, I’m drawn to work that feels human—and to creating things people genuinely want to be part of.
